If you encounter any manufacturing quality issues and wish to return your item, please contact us at mslenchic@outlook.com within 24 hours of receiving your package with your order number, reason and photo proof. Our customer service team will review the return request and if the return is approved, further instructions will be sent. Please allow 1-2 days for your order to process. If your order was placed after 4pm EST, processing will begin the next day.
Returned items must be in their original packaging and in unused condition. Upon receipt of returned merchandise, Mslen reserves the right to refuse a refund if the merchandise is worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way. We do not accept refunds for any custom pieces or lost return packages. Please note that due to circumstances and policies caused by the pandemic (COVID-19), there may be general or regional delays in shipping, and we regret to deny any refund requests based on this reason.
